What it is
A short set of plain-English questions about your own setup: your accounts, your devices, how you would get back in if you lost your phone, who else has access, and what is public about you. It is about your setup, not about you.
How long it takes
About 10 minutes. You can skip any question, take a break, or stop at any time. Your answers are saved in this browser until you erase them.
What it never asks for
No passwords. No codes. No recovery phrases, keys, or account numbers. You describe kinds of things, like "a password manager" or "a bank app", never the values. You do not need email addresses, phone numbers, or anyone's name. If something that looks like a password or code is typed into the notes box, the checkup will ask you to remove it.
What you get at the end
A plain-English summary: the areas worth a closer look, the questions to bring, and what already looks in order. Read it, edit anything you like, and send it to Chandler Fritz at ctfritz@gmail.com before your first session, or bring it with you.
Part of paid sessions
The guided security interview
The checkup is a quick self-check. The full guided interview goes further, tracing how your accounts, devices and recovery connect so the gaps are easier to see. It happens live, in a paid session, along with the fixes.
$230 an hour, up to three people per session or call, live by video and screenshare. You make every change on your own devices while we explain each step. We educate. You execute.
