How it works
An easy, steady move from the old way of working to agents.
Most people don't need more AI tools. They need someone to look at the week with them, then set up the first agent properly. That's the work. We set up AI assistants and simple agentic workflows, coach you while you use them, and hand you the keys.
The four steps
Four steps.
Free checkup
About 10 questions in your browser: how your week runs, which tools you use, what you'd hand off first and what must never happen without you. No passwords, no logins, no screen sharing. Chandler reads every answer and replies with a plain recommendation, including whether we're a fit.
Discovery
We interview you to learn what you need and which kinds of agents fit. One question at a time, about real work: where follow-ups slip, what eats your Tuesday, who has to approve what. Tools are chosen after we understand the week.
Build
We build your agents for you. Each one gets a single clear job, written rules about what it may draft and what waits for you, and access only to the services it needs. We test it on your real tasks, and you see it work at handoff before we call it done.
Handoff
Every build ends with a 1-hour handoff and training call. You leave knowing how to check its work, change its rules and turn it off. After that you can run it yourself, add a care plan, or book an hour when you need one.
The rules every agent follows
Written rules, a folder of drafts, a log you can read.
Written rules
Each agent has plain-language instructions: its job, what it may draft and what it must leave to you.
Drafts that wait
Finished work lands in a folder, a draft or a shared document for you to review. It isn't live because it looks finished.
A log you can read
Each agent keeps a record of what it drafted and when.
Your say
Sending, spending, publishing, contacting anyone and changing a record in your systems wait for you.
Connected services
What a connected service is.
A connected service is one pre-built connection an agent can read from or prepare drafts in, like your email, calendar, a shared drive, a spreadsheet or your CRM. Tools without a pre-built connection are quoted separately. Each package includes a set number of connected services, and you can add more.
Illustrative examples, not client results
What it can look like on a Tuesday.
Morning inbox
Overnight messages are sorted, and replies to the routine ones sit in your drafts. You edit two, send five, delete one.
Follow-ups
People you met last week each have a short follow-up drafted in your voice, waiting for your read.
Research
The background you asked for yesterday is in a shared document with sources listed, ready to check.
For a brokerage
A new listing's checklist and vendor notes are drafted in the shared drive. The agent reviews them, and the brokerage publishes after its own Fair Housing and MLS review.
In every case, a person makes the final call.
Honest limits
What to know before you start.
AI can be wrong.
Agents can get facts wrong, invent details or miss what matters. Read every draft before it goes anywhere.
You're the publisher.
You decide what is sent, posted or filed, and you're responsible for it. For brokerages, Fair Housing, MLS and advertising review stays with your licensed team.
We coach and build. We don't give legal advice.
Legal and compliance calls stay with you and your advisors.
You own it all.
Your accounts, your agents, your rules and your data stay yours. You pay your own subscriptions and AI usage directly.
