Care plans keep a set amount of our time on your calendar each month for tuning, questions and small changes. Care is optional. It only continues if you choose.

Unused hours roll over one month, then expire. No care plan? Book an hour whenever you need one.

Nothing renews on its own.

All work is billed at $230 an hour, and packages are fixed blocks at that rate. The lists above describe what we'll build. Time beyond a package is billed hourly, as is time spent waiting on logins or account access. You pay your own subscriptions, AI usage, phone numbers and tool costs directly. You own and publish everything we set up.

Which package should I start with?

Take the free checkup. We'll tell you which one fits, or whether you need us at all.

What counts as a connected service?

A connected service is one pre-built connection an agent can read from or prepare drafts in, like your email, calendar, a shared drive, a spreadsheet or your CRM. Tools without a pre-built connection are quoted separately. Any linked account counts as one service, so a GitHub, Stripe or Slack account counts the same as your email.

What happens if we run past the hours?

Extra time is billed hourly.

Who owns what we build?

You do. The accounts, agents, rules and drafts are yours.
